Ok this week Whitney has had her first pimple and we found out she is already getting her 12 year molars. She isnt even 10!!!. Does this mean she is going to get everything early????

When you are writing a post there is a picture tool right next to the spell check. Just select your pics. and upload.
on facebook nobody can see your profile that you dont confirm as a friend. Somebody could look up your name, but that is all they would initially see of you, (and a photo if you put on in your profle). They send a request and you have to confirm that you want to add them to your friends. So, just dont let any kids on.
Jenn gave me good advice, when you are on there posting on walls, everybody who read what you write unless you do a private posting, so watch what you write on the public walls.

Laura - How do we up load photos on here? AND do I can I keep my info private on FaceBook. I am panicked to go on there since I am working at a school now - I don't want any kids to find me!

We are not snobs!!!!!!!!!!!

WE are not snobs to only talk to each other. We realize we have short amounts of time to spend together and dont want to waste it on idol chit chat with people we wont see for another 15 years.
I would say we see the value in our friendships. (how is that for the positive spin)

I am feeling you with the vounteering. The principal at the school said he is going to give me my own office I am there so much. I would rather get a paycheck if we are going to get down them givng me anything. I guess that would defeat the purpose of me raising money for them.

I AM A BIG LOSER!

Girls - Where have I been? Would anyone have predicted that I would be the one to not be on the BLOG! Why haven't any of you virtually smacked me??? Life is way too busy for me right now and it is effecting everything and I do not like it one bit. I have this event at the kids' school that I am the chairperson of (I know, hard to believe isn't it?) and it is about to suck all of the life out of me. I have two weeks left and just don't think things will slow down for me until that is over. So now I do feel like everything else in my life has suffered. I am needing to re-charge and re-focus and everytime I try to do that another challenge presents itself. I know I am having a big pitty party for myself tonight! Anyway, I do like my job but I need to make sure that I am only working when I am getting paid for it! I have been a volunteer for too long! Anyway girls - I wish you would all come down here and visit me -- we could have foot tubs and eat shrimp -- I miss you and loved being with you if even for a brief time a few weekends ago. It sure says something about us when we go to Homecoming and only want to talk to each other -- are we snobs??? Talk to you soon -- I promise!

Thinking of you all

Hello good friends! I haven't talked to anyone since Homecoming so I thought I would check out the blog. I am enjoying fall break and trying to enjoy the colder weather! I hope all is going well with everyone. So many changes within our group . . . Kelly's move, Jen's baby, Julie's renovations, etc. Such exciting times. I wish I could keep in touch with you all better. That is definitely something I want to work on. The Doty's are busy, as usual. Billy is on the homestretch with his classes. We are more than 1/2 way through this last semester and then he'll be finished! I am so proud of the time and energy he has put into his classes. He doesn't ever come home too worn out or tired for the kids. He is such a terrific dad! I am looking forward to Halloween and trick-or-treating. I can't wait to see all of the kids dressed up. Please share pictures on the blog or snapfish. I'm attaching a picture of my kids after we carved pumpkins with the kids at church. Notice the shorts, crocs, and summer attire! It was 80 degrees when we were carving. CRAZY Indiana weather! Now it is 40's and chance of flurries. Don't you miss it Stef???

Better go switch the laundry! I have to take advantage of time without Maggie on my hip!
